Music and dance played a great part in the lives of people.

The race is interesting as it is for all ages of boy. There is a handicap system where the slower and younger boys get a head start. This race is one of many over a season for boys, There are no adverts for girls races..

A Boy's Race of 120 yards open to boys of 16 years and under at 7.30 p.m. Entrance Free for this race. There will be three prizes to those obtaining most points at the end of the season. First prize being a Gold Medal. Names of boys already entered for Wednesday next, are as follows:
