Berringtons/Barringtons of Datchet

The Barringtons can be traced back to Datchet, then in Buckinghamshire and now in Berkshire. Three generations are there, from Thomas Berrington I (before 1538-1603), Thomas Berrington II (c1577-c1644) to Robert Berrington/Barrington (c1643-1717). More about the Datchet Berrington / Barringtons is on the website which has links to their line from the 11 century in Herefordshire to the present day.

Mayne Family

Contains illustrated pedigrees with detailed notes of family branches of the MAYNE name. After tracing the name forward from the 13th century, the pedigrees mostly start by the 17th century with a large family group in the Aylesbury Vale District (Wing, Hoggeston, Creslow, Stewkley etc.), linking with the area south of Aylesbury (Dinton, Hartwell etc.), and spreading into both Warwickshire and Hertfordshire.

The Wooster Family has its roots in Buckinghamshire. In the early part of the sixteenth century Richard and Agnes Wooster married and set up home in Aston Clinton. From them stem the many descendants alive today.
